We were extremely honored to be asked to be a part of Madison’s celebration of the Fifth Anniversary of Marriage Equality. Members of Common Chords performed on the steps of the City County Building as part of the event. You can read more about it here.
Thank you to everyone who came to our spring concert, Love and Stonewall, to hear the Wisconsin Premier of Quiet No More. Our first performance saw Madison Mayor Satya Rhodes-Conway in attendance, who surprised us all with a proclamation that June 2, 2019 shall be known as Perfect Harmony Men’s Chorus Day. We are truly moved by the tremendous honor and recognition of our mission, to enrich the lives of the Madison Area gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender community and the Madison community at large. We sing to make a better world.
